Research on the Influence of SAQ Training on the Sensitivity Quality of Junior Badminton Athletes
To investigate the effect of SAQ training on the agility of young badminton players,20 young badminton players were recruited and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 10 people in each group. The experimental group underwent 10 weeks of SAQ training, while the control group received routine sensitivity training. The research results showed that both groups of athletes achieved significant improvements in various indicators of agility after the experiment(P<0.05);After the experiment, the performance of the experimental group in the hexagonal ball test,Illinois test, and hexagonal jump test was significantly better than that of the control group, and this difference reached a statistically significant level(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in the 30 second vertical and horizontal support and low center of gravity four corner movement test.It can be seen that SAQ training is more conducive to developing athletes'reaction sensitivity and quick change ability compared to conventional agility training, helping athletes improve their starting speed, reaction speed, and maximum speed.SAQ training can help athletes move into position faster during the game, increase their chances of hitting and defensive ability, and is an effective means of training agility.
