The Cultivation Path and Optimization Strategy of Basketball Referees for College Students in Jiangsu Province
College student basketball referees are an important component of the development of college basketball and a reserve talent force for social basketball referees.Jiangsu Province's universities have excellent faculty conditions and teaching resources,making them important bases for cultivating basketball referees.Using methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and expert interviews,this study investigates the basic status quo of basketball referees among college students in Jiangsu Province,studies their training paths,identifies problems in the training process,and proposes optimization strategies to contribute to the development of basketball in Jiangsu Province.
