教练员领导行为对青少年篮球运动员竞赛压力的影响研究——心理韧性的中介作用
Research on the Influence of Coach Leadership Behavior on Competition Pressure of Adolescent Basketball Players——The Mediating Role of Psychological Resilience

摘要
为了探究青少年篮球运动员的教练员领导行为对竞赛压力的影响,以及心理韧性的中介作用.采用压力知觉问卷、心理韧性问卷、教练员领导行为问卷测量运动员心理状态,所有收集数据均在 SPSS 27.0上处理.研究结果显示,民主型教练员领导行为对竞赛压力有负向的预测作用;专制型教练员领导行为对竞赛压力有正向的预测作用;心理韧性在教练员领导行为和竞赛压力之间有部分中介作用,说明民主型的教练员领导行为有助于减少运动员在比赛中的压力.
Abstract
To explore the impact of coach leadership behavior on competition stress and the mediating role of psychological resilience in adolescent basketball players.The stress perception questionnaire,psychological resilience questionnaire,and coach leadership behavior questionnaire were used to measure the psychological state of athletes,and all collected data were processed on SPSS 27.0.The research results show that the leadership behavior of democratic coaches has a negative predictive effect on competition pressure;The leadership behavior of authoritarian coaches has a positive predictive effect on competition pressure;Psychological resilience partially mediates the relationship between coach leadership behavior and competition pressure,indicating that democratic coach leadership behavior helps reduce athletes'stress during competitions.
