Study on the Effects of Health Exercises on Posture Balance and Upper Limb Motor Function in Parkinson's Patients
To investigate the impact of health exercises on Parkinson's disease patients,40 Parkinson's disease patients admitted to The Second Norman Bethune Hospital of Jilin University from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected, who met the diagnostic and exclusion criteria for Parkinson's disease.Patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 20 cases in each group, based on whether they used Parkinson's health exercises. The control group only received conventional drug treatment; The observation group received Parkinson's health exercises in addition to the control group treatment, twice a day for 20 minutes each time,5 times a week, for 8 consecutive weeks. After 8 weeks of observation,it can be seen that the scores of BBS,STEF,and PDQ-39 have significant advantages in the observation group;Compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that Parkinson's health exercises can improve posture balance and upper limb motor dysfunction in Parkinson's disease patients,as well as improve their quality of life.
