Research on the Impact of Exercise Rehabilitation Nursing on Muscle Strength and Motor Function in Stroke Patients
To investigate the effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing on muscle strength and motor function in stroke patients,68 stroke patients who received diagnosis and treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yatsen University(Nansha Division)from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.Compare the muscle strength grading,NIHSS score,Fugl Meyer score, and SF-36 score between two groups before and after nursing care. The research results showed that after intervention, the muscle strength recovery of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Fugl Meyer score and SF-36 score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).From this,it can be concluded that exercise rehabilitation nursing has a good application effect in stroke patients, which can significantly improve their neurological and motor functions, enhance their muscle strength, and continuously improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
