摘要
为更好地培养医学生人才,应当转变传统的实践教学模式,让高校、综合医院和社区三方密切协作,建立一体化的医学生培养机制.利用社区实践,教授学生个体化健康教育的技能和方法,从而更好地培养他们的专业技能、职业素养和社会使命感.通过观察学生在实践教学中的表现,据此完善高校-医院-社区一体化的实践教学模式,不断优化实践教学的内容和方式.
Abstract
In order to better cultivate medical students,the traditional practical teaching mode should be transformed,and universities,comprehensive hospitals,and communities should closely cooperate to establish an integrated medical student training mechanism.Using community practice to teach students personalized health education skills and methods,in order to better cultivate their professional skills,professional ethics,and sense of social mission.By observing students'performance in practical teaching,we aim to improve the integrated practical teaching model of universities,hospitals,and communities,and continuously optimize the content and methods of practical teaching.
