体教融合背景下体育教育专业人才培养研究

摘要
体教融合背景下,我国体育教育专业人才的综合素养有了更高要求.采用文献法、实地访谈法等方法,分析体育教育专业人才的培养现状,提出新的培养路径.研究表明,高校是培育体育专业人才的前沿阵地,应不断改革教学模式,完善课堂体系,优化教学内容,应用先进的教学方法,提高体育教育专业人才的培养质量,培养厚基础、宽口径的综合素养人才.
Abstract
Under the background of the integration of sports and education,higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive literacy of sports education professionals in China.Using methods such as literature review and on-site interviews to analyze the current situation of cultivating sports education professionals and propose new training paths.Research shows,universities are the forefront of cultivating sports professionals,and they should continuously reform their teaching models,improve their classroom systems,optimize teaching content,apply advanced teaching methods,improve the quality of sports education talent cultivation,and cultivate comprehensive literacy talents with a solid foundation and broad caliber.
