协同创新视域下高校体育人才培养模式研究

摘要
当前高校体育人才培养存在培养目标不明确、课程设置不合理、教学方法陈旧及评价体系不完善等问题.针对这些问题,结合协同创新理念,提出了重新定位培养目标、优化课程设置、创新教学方法等策略.通过案例分析,总结了部分高校的成功经验与不足.展望未来,高校体育人才培养应更加注重实践与创新,以适应社会发展的需要.这有助于推动高校体育教育的创新发展,提高人才培养质量,为体育事业持续发展提供有力支持.
Abstract
There are problems in the current cultivation of sports talents in universities,such as unclear training objectives,unreasonable curriculum design,outdated teaching methods,and imperfect evaluation systems.In response to these issues,combined with the concept of collaborative innovation,strategies such as repositioning training objectives,optimizing curriculum design,and innovating teaching methods are proposed.Through case studies,the successful experiences and shortcomings of some universities have been summarized.Looking ahead to the future,the cultivation of sports talents in universities should pay more attention to practice and innovation to meet the needs of social development.This contributes to promoting the innovative development of physical education in universities,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and providing strong support for the sustainable development of the sports industry.
