A Study on the Influence of Rapid Stretching Compound Training on the Acquisition of Martial Arts Skills by Middle School Students
Using literature review, teaching experiment, and mathematical statistics methods to study the impact of the application of rapid stretching compound training in martial arts teaching on the acquisition of martial arts skills by middle school students. The teaching experiment was conducted on 89 students from two classes of seventh grade at Zhuyuan Middle School in Shanghai(45 in the experimental class and 44 in the control class),and lasted for one semester. The research results showed that the martial arts skill foundation of the first two classes was basically the same before the experiment(P>0.05).After the experiment, there was a significant difference in the scores of the lunge and virtual step tests between the two classes(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the scores of the flying foot and whirlwind foot tests(P<0.01).Moreover,the experimental class was superior to the control class. The application of rapid expansion and contraction compound training in martial arts teaching can effectively exercise and improve the muscle explosive power of middle school students, and thus have a positive impact on the acquisition of martial arts skills by middle school students, promoting the standardized acquisition of martial arts techniques and movements.
