摘要
从"寓教于乐"的角度探析6~10岁儿童练习跆拳道品势的方法,从而帮助6~10岁儿童更好地发展运动技能和提高身体素质,促进项目发展.研究发现,该年龄阶段的儿童在练习跆拳道品势时会存在注意力难以集中、难以坚持练习的问题,甚至还存在一些潜在的不安全因素.运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法进行探究,研究结果表明,在教学中教学者可以通过直观手段、体育游戏、制订教学计划、利用正面教育等途径来促进6~10岁儿童练习跆拳道品势.
Abstract
Exploring the methods of practicing Taekwondo skills for children aged 6-10 from the perspective of"integrating education with entertainment",in order to better help them develop motor skills and improve their physical fitness,and promote project development.Research has found that children in this age group may have difficulty concentrating,persisting in practicing taekwondo,and even have some potential safety factors when practicing taekwondo.Using literature review and logical analysis methods to explore.The research results indicate that in teaching,educators can promote the practice of Taekwondo skills among children aged 6-10 through intuitive means,sports games,developing teaching plans,and utilizing positive education.
