A Review of Research on the Promotion of Gymnastics Teaching in Universities through Video Feedback Teaching Method
With the rapid development of the country and society,the way people live and learn has undergone tremendous changes.After entering the 21st century,technology has developed rapidly,the informatization of educational methods has also become an inevitable trend.The use of recorded videos for feedback in physical education teaching is a common case of integrating information technology into sports.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis to sort out the research on this topic by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years.Research results show that the video feedback teaching method combines multiple sensory cognition of visual and auditory senses,which is beneficial for students to grasp the details of exercises and correct errors in a timely manner,it can also increase students'interest in learning and enable teachers to timely understand students'learning situation in order to make corresponding teaching adjustments.
