体教融合视域下退役运动员转型体育教师的困囿及纾解路径研究

摘要
为探讨体教融合背景下退役运动员转型为体育教师所面临的困境及相应的解决策略,采用文献资料法,对《深化体教融合,促进青少年健康发展的意见》等政策、退役运动员转型体育教师的现状展开深入分析,从教学能力、教师资格认证、就业竞争以及职业规划4个方面提出相应的纾解路径,为推动退役运动员的成功转型和体教融合的深入发展提供全面且具有实践意义的指导.
Abstract
To explore the challenges faced by retired athletes in transforming into physical education teachers under the background of integrating sports and education,as well as corresponding solutions,using the method of literature review,this study conducts in-depth analysis of policies such as"Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents",the current situation of retired athletes transforming into physical education teachers.Propose corresponding relief paths from four aspects:teaching ability,teacher qualification certification,employment competition,and career planning,it provides comprehensive and practical guidance for promoting the successful transformation of retired athletes and the deep development of sports and education integration.
