摘要

运用文献资料法梳理国际残疾人运动教练的研究进展,为我国残疾人运动教练的培养提供启示.研究发现,当前残疾人运动教练的研究主要聚焦于教练的一般认知、教练的学习路径、教练的特征.对我国的启示有,深化教练的包容性执教理念;创建多元的非正式学习路径;加强残疾人教练的学术研究.

Abstract

Using literature review method to review the research progress of international disabled sports coaches,providing inspiration for the training of disabled sports coaches in China.The current research on disabled sports coaches mainly focuses on the coach's general cognition,the coach's learning path,and the coach's characteristics.Inspiration for our country:we need to deepen the inclusive coaching philosophy of coaches;Create diverse informal learning paths;Strengthen academic research on coaches for people with disabilities.
