小篮球运动干预对低年级小学生心理健康影响的实验研究

摘要
以小篮球运动为手段,深入探讨其在12周中等强度训练下对9~10岁小学低年级学生身心健康的积极作用,并探索其在心理层面的间接效应.采用便利抽样法,在广东省深圳市某小学选取三年级两个班级共100名学生,随机均分为实验组与对照组.实验组实施特定的小篮球运动计划,对照组则继续常规教学活动.在研究的前一周、第七周末及第十二周末组织学生参与评估.研究结果显示,小篮球运动对9~10岁儿童的心理健康有着明显的正面效果,有效推动了儿童心理健康状况的改善.
Abstract
Using small basketball as a means,this study explores its positive effects on the physical and mental health of 9-10-year-old elementary school students under 12 weeks of moderate intensity training,and explores its indirect psychological effects.Using convenience sampling method,a total of 100 students from two classes in the third grade of a primary school in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group implemented a specific small basketball exercise plan,while the control group continued with regular teaching activities.Organize students participation in assessments during the week before the study,the seventh weekend,and the twelfth weekend,students participated in the assessment.The research results show that mini basketball has a significant positive effect on the mental health of children aged 9-10,effectively promoting the improvement of children's mental health status.
