基于地基雷达点云数据的冰川表面DEM建模

摘要
冰川监测是气候变化研究的重要组成部分,为了从三维立体角度研究冰川的运动变化情况,以梅里雪山西坡的共森隆巴冰川为研究对象,基于地基雷达点云数据分别利用了不规则三角网(Triangulated Irregular Network,TIN)和反距离加权(Inverse Distance Weight,IDW)两种插值算法进行了DEM建模,以交叉验证方法分析了两种算法的关键参数对冰川DEM建模结果的影响.结果表明:①格网分辨率对TIN插值结果影响较大.格网分辨率较低时,会造成DEM较多的空洞,格网分辨率较高时,会导致DEM表面平滑.当格网分辨率大小选择0.75 m时,冰川表面DEM建模结果精度最高,此时R2 为0.997 0,RMSE为0.457 1 m.②插值半径对冰川表面DEM建模效果有较大影响,插值半径较小时,空洞部分较多且较大,随着插值半径的增大,空洞部分不断减少.而格网分辨率是影响IDW插值算法精度的较大因素.虽然不同格网大小和不同插值半径下冰川DEM建模的R2 和RMSE精度较高,但是DEM建模效果不理想,存在较多空洞部分,难以利用IDW算法实现完整的冰川表面建模.③通过从冰川表面建模效果和精度分析两方面来看,TIN插值算法在冰川表面的完整性和连续性建模上优势突出,但是建模细节精度不如IDW算法;IDW插值算法在冰川表面细节的建模上优势突出,但是建模完整性和连续性较差.
Abstract
Glacier monitoring is an important part of climate change research.In order to study the movement and changes of glaciers from a three-dimensional perspective,the study took the Gongsenlongba Glacier on the western slope of Meili Snow Mountain as the research object.Based on the terrestrial laser scanning point cloud data,TIN(Triangulated Irregular Network)and IDW(Inverse Distance Weight,IDW)interpolation algo-rithms were used for DEM modeling,The influence of the key parameters of the two algorithms on the glacier DEM modeling results is analyzed by cross-validation method.The result shows:①The grid resolution has a great influence on the TIN interpolation results.When the grid resolution is small,there will be more hollow parts in the DEM,and when the grid resolution is large,the surface of the DEM will be smooth.When the grid resolution is 0.75 m,the DEM modeling results of the glacier surface have the highest accuracy.At this time,the R2 is 0.997 0 and the RMSE is 0.457 1 m.②The interpolation radius has a great influence on the DEM mod-eling effect of the glacier surface.When the interpolation radius is small,the hollow parts are more and larger.With the increase of the interpolation radius,the hollow parts decrease continuously.The grid resolution is a ma-jor factor affecting the accuracy of the IDW interpolation algorithm.Although the R2 and RMSE accuracy of gla-cier DEM modeling under different grid sizes and different interpolation radius is high,the DEM modeling effect is not ideal,there are many hollow parts,and it is difficult to use the IDW algorithm to achieve complete glacier surface modeling.③From the perspective of modeling effect and precision analysis of glacier surface,TIN algo-rithm has outstanding advantages in modeling integrity and continuity of glacier surface,but the precision of modeling details is not as good as IDW algorithm;IDW algorithm has outstanding advantages in modeling de-tails of glacier surface,but the integrity and continuity of modeling are poor.
