Spectral Feature of Representative Vegetations in Xilingol
Inner Mongolia grassland is an important region for global change study.Remote sensing is an effective tool for large-scale grassland monitoring. To assist the classification and dynamic monitoring of grassland, reflectance spectra were measured and the spectral features were analyzed for representative vegetations in Xilingol. The results showed that red edge slopes, red edge areas and the absorption features of chlorophyll near 680nm differ a lot and can be used for classification of vegetation types.NDVI,GNDVI and OSAVI show the same changing trend for different vegetation types, which reflect the greenness of different vegetations and are appropriate for monitoring the growth condition.
