A Method for Detecting Goaf of Coal Mine in Arid Areas Based on InSAR Coherence Map
In this paper, the feasibility of using InSAR-generated coherence maps to detect subsidence caused by underground mining activities is discussed.Based on InSAR technology, the coherence characteristics of interferometric data in arid areas are discussed, and the correlation between low coherence area on InSAR coherence map and goafs of coal mine is analyzed. On this basis,a rapid method for identifing the goaf of coal mine based on InSAR low coherence area is constructed. This method uses the natural break classification method based on InSAR coherence map to rapidly identify and detect the goafs of coal mine that may occur in wide area.Taking a coal mine in Hami city as the study area, using 28 Sentinel-1 radar data from 2020 to 2023,the low coherence area in InSAR coherence map is detected automatically, and the possible goafs of coal mine are obtained.Through optical image verification, the IoU and precision for identifing the goafs of coal mine using the proposed method reach 72.40%and 96.40%,respectively.The method constructed in this paper provides a reliable technical approach for identificating and analyzing the goafs of coal mine in arid areas in the wide area.
