Comprehensive Quantitative Assessment of Site Selection for Centralized Photovoltaic Power Stations in Hainan Island
Aiming at the problems that the current photovoltaic power station site selection research is mainly qualitative research, investment factors are insufficiently considered, and it is difficult to directly support photovoltaic power station investment decisions, this paper proposes a comprehensive quantitative evaluation method for photovoltaic power station site selection big data.Taking Hainan island as the research area, using multi-source remote sensing and geographic information data, the factors affecting the construction site selection of photovoltaic power plants are summarized into four categories, which are restrictive factors, resource factors, economic factors and investment factors, and a photovoltaic power plant is constructed. The evaluation system for site selection and investment decision-making is constructed,in which the investment factors mainly consider the expected power generation, construction scale and cost, investment recovery period and investment required amount, etc. It uses ArcGIS to conduct spatial analysis on various influencing factors, and get the grading layer. Each factor is weighted and comprehensively evaluated according to the degree of influence, and the comprehensive graded evaluation results of photovoltaic site selection for each pixel are obtained, including four categories, which are very suitable, moderately suitable, lowly suitable and prohibited for development in Hainan island. The research results cannot only directly serve the investment decision-making of photovoltaic power station site selection in Hainan province, but also serve the construction planning of photovoltaic power station in Hainan province. At the same time, this method can be used as a reference for photovoltaic power station site selection in other regions.
