电压的量子基准发展历程及其现况研究

摘要
以对电压量子基准发展及其现况的讨论为核心,阐述了约瑟夫森效应以及由此诞生的约瑟夫森结及约瑟夫森结阵列的原理,描述了随着测量需求从直流扩展到交流,从传统约瑟夫森电压基准过渡到可编程约瑟夫森电压基准的过程.着重探究了作为当下前沿研究领域的基于二进制划分阵列与脉冲驱动阵列的可编程电压基准这两大重要电学计量课题的发展历程、研究成果及其应用.最后概括了电压量子基准多年来的发展成果并对其未来发展方向加以展望.
Abstract
Centered on a discussion of the development of voltage quantum references and their current status,the Josephson effect,the resulting principles of Josephson junctions and Josephson junction arrays are expounded.The transition from traditional Josephson voltage references to programmable Josephson voltage references as the demand for measurements expands from DC to AC are described.The development history,research results,and applications of two important electrical metrology topics,namely,programmable voltage standards are focused on,based on binary division arrays and pulse-driven arrays,which are at the forefront of current research.Finally,the development of voltage quantum reference over the years is summarized and its future development direction is envisioned.
