摘要

角度测量的结果对计量、检定和校准的准确性有重要影响.随着精密加工制造技术的进步,光学陀螺在动态角度的测量和校准中广泛应用,具有精度高、可靠性好、响应速度快等优点,在惯性测量中发挥着重要的作用.介绍了光学陀螺基本工作原理,阐述了国内外光学陀螺测角技术的研究现状,介绍了环形激光动态测角仪与角速度标准装置在测角中的应用.如今,光学陀螺测角正向着数字化、自动化和智能化的方向迅速发展,未来的研究将进一步提升角度测量的灵敏度、稳定性及动态性能.

Abstract

Angl e is the basic parameter of geometric measurement,and the results of angle measurement affect the accuracy of measurement,detection and calibration.With the progress of precision machining and manufacturing technology,optical gyroscopes are widely used in the measurement and calibration of dynamic angles,and play an important role in inertial measurement with the advantages of high precision,good reliability and fast response speed.The basic working principle of optical gyroscope is introduced,the research status of optical gyroscope angle measurement technology at home and abroad is expounded,and the application of ring laser dynamic goniometer and angular velocity standard device in angle measurement is introduced.Nowadays,optical gyrometer goniometry is developing rapidly in the direction of digitalization,automation and intelligence,and future research will further improve the sensitivity,stability and dynamic performance of angle measurement.
