面向智能运维的装备数字孪生体构建与应用研究

面向未来战争的高动态变化、复杂不确定性及严酷作战环境,亟需提高装备运维保障的智能化水平,全面提升任务行动的精准执行、保障资源的高效协同及装备状态的快速恢复能力.通过开展面向智能运维的装备数字孪生体构建与应用研究,提出装备数字孪生体"形-性-行"一体化建模技术,将数字孪生体作为装备对象同步映射、异步成长的"生命体",并从装备"形-性-行"三个维度表征物理对象的几何外形、机理特性与任务行为,构建面向智能运维的装备数字孪生体.其次,结合数字孪生体在装备运维任务过程中的实际应用,开发装备数字孪生智能保障系统,并以武器装备为应用对象,探究数字孪生体在装备状态监控、故障诊断及维修保障等典型任务过程中的应用模式,以验证数字孪生技术在装备智能运维领域的有效性与可行性.
Research on Construction and Application of Weaponry Digital Twin for Intelligent Operation and Maintenance
Facing the high dynamic changes,complex uncertainties and harsh combat environment of future wars,it is urgent to improve the intelligent level of Equipment Operation and Maintenance Support(WO&MS),improve the accurate execution of mission operations,efficient coordination of support resources and rapid recovery of equipment status.The construction and application method of Digital Twin(DT)for intelligent WO&MS is studied,in which the"Shape-Mechanism-Behavior(S-M-B)"integrated modeling technology of DT for WO&MS was proposed.The DT for WO&MS can be regarded as"living objects"with synchronous mapping and asynchronous growth of physical objects.The S-M-B of physical objects were characterized through three dimensions including geometry shape,mechanism property,and task behavior to represent the DT for WO&MS.Furthermore,the application method of DT for WO&MS in the actual applied process is carried out in this paper.The DT intelligent WO&MS system is developed,and the astronautic special vehicles are taken as the physical object to explore the application mode of DT for status monitoring,fault diagnosis,maintenance to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of DT for WO&MS in real task process.
