The high risk characteristics of failure in rocket flight become increasingly obvious with the number of engines and the frequency of launch missions,fault-oriented design is the fundamen-tal measure to improve the flight reliability of launch vehicle.The research systematically studies the fault adaptability of trajectory,attitude control and load optimization,designs the influence of different disposal strategies on the payload capacity,safety of structure,and puts forward the fault disposal principles and suggestions,which are of great significance to the intelligent application of rockets.
