摘要
自汉唐以来的中国传统农业社会中，应对东北、北部草原和西北的“三北”游牧势力威胁，一直是历代中央王朝的重要战略目标。其中，西北边疆安全是中国历代中央王朝发展壮大的重要因素。在维护西北边疆安全策略中，屯垦戍边是现在新疆地区最为成功的应对策略。
Abstract
