Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,based on the strategic vision of development for regional stability and world peace,Xi Jingping has creatively put forward a series of new peace initiatives and new development concepts for China-South Asia cooperation between in the new era,and formed the concept of South Asia cooperation.Specifically,the cooperation between China and South Asia is the inevitable requirement of the Chinese path to modernization under the"Two-overall situation"at home and abroad,and the realistic path of South Asia's independent development into a new era.Orienting cooperation between China and South Asia in the new era through the multilateral system of informal cooperation,China's cooperation in South Asia in the new era will be guided by the concept of"Amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness"and the"Belt and Road cooperation"initiative.The vision of South Asia cooperation in Xi Jinping New Era will guide Chinese-South Asia relations to achieve steady progress and jointly address new challenges of the times.It will focus on the changing agenda for high-quality development of the Belt and Road and set a new example for geographical cooperation We will strengthen China's cooperation on global governance in South Asia and jointly build a community with a shared future for mankind.
