摘要
新时期,中国法学研究应深谙中国式现代化的精神与逻辑,以中国法学和法治的中国智慧作为一个重要的研究主题.中国法学研究总结并体现中国智慧,应当始终保持科学的立场和方法,坚持文化自信自强、自我革命、系统化思维、守正创新和问题导向,同时更应关注乡村振兴、公共法律服务、社区治理等伴随法治发生的重大社会实践.
Abstract
In the new period,Chinese jurisprudence research should be well versed in the spirit and logic of Chinese-style modernization,and take Chinese wisdom of Chinese jurisprudence and rule of law as an important research theme.Summarizing and reflecting Chinese wisdom,Chinese legal research should always maintain a scientific position and method,adhere to cultural self-confidence,self-revolution,systematic thinking,innovation and problem orientation,and pay more attention to rural revitalization,public legal services,community governance and other major social practices accompanying the rule of law.
