The Logical Reasoning and Practical Path of Integrating Xi Jinping Though on Rule of Law into the Jurisprudence Teaching
Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law is the intellectual foundation,problem orientation and methodology source of promoting the innovation of jurisprudence classroom teaching in the new era.The organic integration of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law into the jurisprudence classroom teaching is the meaning of the rule of law practice in China in the new era,which is conducive to promoting the improvement of the quality of jurisprudence education and teaching,promoting the ideological and political construction of the law curriculum,and deepening the Chinese feelings of rule of law.From the perspective of classroom teaching logic,the organic integration of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law in the classroom teaching of jurisprudence needs to be systematically considered from the logic of discipline logic,teaching logic and learning logic.At the practical level,integrating the thought of rule of law into the teaching of jurisprudence course needs to reconstruct the teaching objectives of jurisprudence course,optimize the teaching materials,contents and teaching forms of jurisprudence course,and enhance the practical attributes of jurisprudence course.With the transformation of social jurisprudence demand from"law of text"to"law of action",the classroom teaching of jurisprudence should also be transformed from the paradigm of legislative theory to the paradigm of interpretative theory and doctrine of law,so as to promote the reform and innovation of classroom teaching of jurisprudence,so as to activate the teaching and research of jurisprudence,promote the teachers and students of law to practice Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law.
