Astana International Financial Center is an important economic development center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.In order to promote the judicial guarantee in the center,the Parliament of Kazakhstan approved the establishment of the Astana International Financial Center Court through the AIFC Constitutional Regulation.In addition,with the AIFC Court Regulations and AIFC Court Rules adopted successively,it created the judicial structure of the Astana International Financial Center Court and clarified the rules of application of law,procedural rules and recognition and enforcement rules of the Astana International Financial Center Court.China has also established an international commercial court,but it is in the exploratory stage.The judicial rules of the Astana International Financial Center Court have certain reference value for the construction of the international commercial court in our country.China can further improve the international commercial court from three aspects:promoting the internationalization of the selection of judges,implementing the unification of the trial level system and ensuring the efficiency of the execution mechanism.
