Analysis and Path Optimization of the Prohibition of Administrative Monopoly System in Our Country
Based on the practice of our market economy system construction and the experience of other countries'anti-monopoly legislation,China's anti-monopoly legislation provides for the prohibition of adminis-trative monopoly in our country.However,since the implementation of the Anti-Monopoly Law in 2008,the effect of the prohibition of administrative monopoly has been unsatisfactory.At present,there are still some problems and challenges in the prohibition of administrative monopoly in our country,such as local protectionism,defects in system operation,and difficulty in implementing the idea of administrative anti-monopoly.In the future,we can improve and perfect our country's prohibition of administrative monopoly system by strengthening the top-level design of legislation,strengthening the law enforcement system,establishing special judicial institutions,and improving the regulatory mechanism and system,so that it can better serve the development of Chinese moder-nization.
