How to cultivate more high-quality"Central Asia-related"outstanding legal talents under the"Belt and Road"initiative and escort the high-quality development of the"Belt and Road"is a realistic problem that needs to be solved urgently in the cultivation of"Central Asia-related"legal talents in Xinjiang universities.Based on this,by using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment of the training of outstanding rule of law talents in the sample universities,it can be found that the advantages and disadvantages of the training of outstanding rule of law talents in Xinjiang universities in the new era are the same,and opportunities and challenges coexist.According to the requirements of"training plan 2.0"and the new blueprint outlined by"opinions"for legal education in the new era,colleges and universities in Xinjiang should seize the opportunity and take the initiative to shoulder the responsibility and mission.Vigorously cultivate multilingual"Central Asia"outstanding legal talents;reshaping the training mode of"Central Asia-related"rule of law talents;actively strive for policy support;build a complete new system of disciplines and courses.As soon as possible to explore a regional characteristics,in line with their own conditions of the"Central Asia"excellent rule of law personnel training new path,in order to better cope with the development of Xinjiang's opening up and foreign-related rule of law construction of high-quality outstanding"Central Asia-related"rule of law personnel urgent needs.
