摘要
目的 探讨我国不同地区成年居民粗杂粮摄入状况.方法 使用2010~2012年中国居民营养与健康状况监测的数据,对55529人的粗杂粮消费情况进行分析.膳食调查方法为3 d 24 h膳食回顾法. 结果 中国成年人每日粗杂粮的摄入量为男性13.9g,女性14.6g,农村人群的平均摄入量高于城市人群,但城市人群粗杂粮的消费率明显高于农村.消费率最高的粗杂粮是小米,其次是玉米.燕麦、薏米主要由城市居民消费,而黄米、荞麦主要由贫困农村居民消费.结论 我国居民粗杂粮消费率及消费量仍较低,并且种类较为单一.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of coarse food intake among Chinese adults.Methods A total of 55529 adults from the 2010-2012 Chinese Residents Nutrition and Health Surveillance were studied.Dietary data on whole grains consumption was collected by consecutive 3 d 24-h dietary recall method.Results The daily coarse food intake among Chinese adults was 13.9g for men and 14.6g for women.The average coarse food intake among rural people was higher than that among urban people,while the consumption rate among rural people was lower.Millet was consumed most frequently,followed by corn.Oat and adlay were consumed mostly by urban people,while glutinous millet and buckwheat were consumed mostly in poor rural areas.Conclusion The present study indicated that the coarse food intake quantity and rate among Chinese adults remained at the low-level and poor in variety.
