摘要
目的：观察超短波联合应用自制外用中药制剂复功定痛液（由：大黄、附子、红花、干姜、黄柏等制成的外用药酒）治疗痹症的临床效果。方法选择我院康复科2010年09月-2012年09月住院病人，筛查符合条件的病例297例。采取随机单盲分组对照法，分超短波联合应用自制外用中药制剂复功定痛液治疗组151例(简称联合治疗组)，单纯超短波治疗对照组146例(简称单纯治疗组)。通过对病人一般情况、病人自觉疼痛缓解的程度、局部的压痛情况、功能活动情况、局部舒适感、随访生活质量情况等内容对比研究。结果通过两组病例治疗后的综合对比分析，统计学处理，二者有显著性差异，联合治疗组效果明显优于单纯治疗组的效果（P <0.01）。结论超短波联合应用自制外用中药制剂复功定痛液治疗痹症的疗效持久、效果明显，能充分发挥中医药治疗优势，方法简单、易于推广。
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of ultrashort wave combined with self-made external Chinese medicine complex reactive pain liquid (by: rhubarb, safflower, aconite, dried ginger, Cortex Phel odendri, made of topical treatment of rheumatism medicated wine). Methods in our hospital rehabilitation in 2010 09 months -2012 years 09 months hospitalized patients, screening in line with the conditions of 297 cases. Randomized single blind control ed method, joint application of ultrashort wave self-made external medicine complex reactive pain liquid treatment group of 151 cases (combined treatment group), simple ultrashort wave in the treatment of 146 cases of the control group (referred to as simple treatment group). According to the general condition of the patients, the patient felt pain relief degree, local tenderness, functional activities, local comfort, quality of life in patients of such content comparative study. Results by comparing two groups of patients after treatment, analysis, statistics, there was significant difference between the two, the combined treatment group is better than the effect of the treatment group (P < 0.01). Conclusion the combined application of self-made external Chinese medicine complex effect of ultrashort wave power solution in the treatment of rheumatism pain lasting, obvious effect, can give ful play to advantages of Chinese medicine, the method is simple, easy to popularize.
