摘要
目的：评价我院碳青霉烯类抗生素的应用情况。方法：采用回顾性调查方法。抽取2006年～2009年全部201份使用碳青霉烯类抗生素的病历，列表对病人的一般情况，细菌学检查，碳青霉烯类使用的合理性、有效性等进行评价。结果：碳青霉烯类抗生素4年内用量虽有起伏，但总量逐年增加，主要是以老年患者的肺部感染使用为主，美罗培南增量明显。结论：我院碳青霉烯类抗生素使用基本合理。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the utilization of carbapenems antibiotics in our hospital from 2006 to 2009. METHODS: We use a retrospective study to take in al 201 copies from 2006 to 2009 of carbapenems antibiotics use medical records, list to evaluate the patients' general condition, bacteriology, carbapenems rational use and effectiveness. RESULTS:Although the amount of carbapenems use in four years ups and downs, the total increases every year, mainly in elderly patients with primary pulmonary infection, meropenem increases obviously. CONCLUSION: The utilization of carbapenems antibiotics in our hospital is reasonable basical y.
