摘要

之前使用的光谱磨样机磨制的试样温度容易过高,不同程度的影响S元素的检测;Al2O3 材质砂轮片会影响Al和Ca的检测精度.全自动铣样机铣制的试样,对各种元素均无影响,检测元素重现性好.全自动铣样机制样克服了不同检测人员因磨样手法的不同导致误差较大的难题.同时,全自动铣样制样效率高、安全性高,无细小的铁屑产生,节能环保.

Abstract

The temperature of the sample grinded by the spectral grinding prototype is easy to be too high,which affects the detection of S element in varying degrees.Al2O3 grinding wheel sheet will affect the detection accuracy of Al and Ca.The sample milled by automatic milling machine has no influence on all kinds of elements,and the elements detected have good repeatability.The sample of automatic milling machine overcomes the difficult problem of large error caused by different grinding methods of different inspectors.At the same time,the sample preparation efficiency is high,the safety is high,and there is no fine iron filings,energy saving and environmental protection.
