摘要

我国钢铁产量已超过世界总产量的50%,钢渣作为钢铁行业主要固废,仅2022年的年产量就高达1.53亿t,目前钢渣的综合利用率不足 30%,远低于发达国家利用水平,急需对其进行有效处理和处置.目前针对钢渣利用的介绍较多,缺乏综合钢渣特性的全面系统介绍.鉴于此,本文详细介绍了钢渣物化特性,钢渣主要处理方法以及钢渣的资源化利用方式,为我国钢渣处理提供更加全面和的参考.

Abstract

China's steel production has exceeded 50%of the world's total production.As the main solid waste in the steel industry,steel slag has an annual output of 153 million tons in 2022 alone.Currently,the comprehensive utilization rate of steel slag is less than 30%,far lower than the utilization level of developed countries,and it is urgent to effectively treat and dispose of it.At present,there are many introductions on the utilization of steel slag,lacking a comprehensive and systematic introduction to the characteristics of steel slag.In view of this,this article provides a detailed introduction to the physicochemical characteristics of steel slag,the main treatment methods of steel slag,and the resource utilization methods of steel slag,providing a more comprehensive and reference for steel slag treatment in China.
