This paper describes that seamless stainless steel tube products for boiler and heat exchanger meet the forward-looking requirements of advanced application fields at present.In order to better understand and implement the GB/T 13296-2023"Seamless stainless steel tube for boiler and heat exchanger"standard,the differences and analysis conclusions between the new and old standards are explained from the aspects of application scope,normative reference documents,technical requirements,comparison of the level of new and old standards,and comparison with foreign standards etc.It specially interprets the content of key advanced and leading indicators,and shows the feasible implementation suggestions for the specific usage in the process of standard adoption and implementation.
