摘要

扁钢作为一种常用的钢铁材料,因其具有较高的灵活性和适应性,故被广泛用于建筑、制造业等领域,随着新材料和新技术的出现,扁钢也在不同的领域中得到创新和应用.我公司三轧分厂对现用圆钢轧制料型进行分析,发现φ45 规格和该料型接近,重新设计后 4 道孔型,采用平立交替箱方孔型,合理配置每道次的压下量,一次试轧成功,并具备批量生产条件,满足了客户需求.

Abstract

Flat steel as a commonly used steel material,because of its high flexibility and adaptability,it is widely used in construction,manufacturing and other fields,with the emergence of new materials and new technologies,flat steel is also innovative and applied in different fields.Our company's three rolling plant to the current use of round steel rolling material type analysis,found that φ45 specifications and the material type is close to the redesign after 4 pass pass,the use of flat alternating box square pass,reasonable configuration of each pass reduction,a successful test rolling,and with mass production conditions,to meet customer needs.
