摘要

针对公司棒材线生产设备及工艺的提升,控轧控冷低温轧制工艺的应用及市场上对冷弯要求的苛刻,出现小弯芯冷弯批量开裂甚至断裂的问题,对其生产过程中工艺参数的优化和改进.主要介绍了横肋α、β角设计及加工、横肋高度的优选,横肋根部倒角,低温开轧工艺的应用,控轧控冷工艺参数的选择,气体控制及时效处理等措施的实施;通过以上措施的实施HRB400Eφ18~φ32热轧螺纹钢筋2d小弯芯冷弯开裂比例由最高的30%降至1%以内,满足了市场上对热轧螺纹钢筋严苛的冷弯需要.

Abstract

In view of the improvement of the production equipment and process of Shanxi Tongcai Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.,the application of controlled rolling and controlled cooling low temperature rolling process and the harsh requirements of cold bending in the market,the problem of cold bending with small mandrel diameter batch cracking or even fracture occurs,and the process parameters in the production process are optimized and improved.The design and processing of α and β Angle of transverse rib,optimum of transverse rib height,chamfering of transverse rib root,application of low temperature rolling process,selection of controlled rolling and cooling process parameters,implementation of gas control and aging treatment are introduced.Through the implementation of the above measures,the cold-bending cracking ratio of HRB400Eφ18~φ32 hot-rolled ribbed bar 2d small bend core is reduced from the highest 30%to less than 1%,which meets the strict cold bending needs of hot-rolled ribbed bars in the market.
