摘要

严苛硫化氢腐蚀环境下的应力腐蚀开裂是油气工程重大安全隐患之一.本文针对严苛腐蚀环境下服役的材料进行了研究,研究了不同热处理工艺对材料腐蚀性能的影响,并用扫描电镜SEM、EBSD、透射电镜TEM等设备对不同热处理工艺下的材料微观组织、大角晶界及晶内均匀弥散均匀分布的碳化物进行物相分析.研究结果表明,在 890℃淬火+700℃回火工艺下,材料具有最佳的组织状态,可以达到严苛工况条件下对产品综合性能的要求.此研究已完成成果转化,开始供货.

Abstract

Stress corrosion cracking in severe hydrogen sulfide corrosive environment is one of the major potential safety hazards in oil and gas engineering.In this paper,the material which used in severe corrosive environment was studied,and the effects of different heat treatment processes on the corrosion properties of materials were clarified.The microstructure,large angle grain boundary and uniformly dispersed carbides in the crystal under different heat treatment processes were analyzed by SEM,EBSD and TEM.The results show that which following 890℃×30'quenching and 705℃×30'tempering heat treatment process,material has the best microstructure.It can meet the requirements of product comprehensive performance in severe working condition.The results of this study have been transformed to products and supplied to oilfields.
