摘要

炼钢起重机集电器滑块经过中压滑触线绝缘隔离装置时,存在绝缘块接触燃弧而烧坏.现通过一种新材料及结构隔离块解决传统 3240 环氧板作为隔离材料带来的绝缘、温度等缺陷.本文论述以三氧化二铝(Al2O3)为主体的陶瓷作为中压隔离材料,利用三氧化二铝陶瓷的优良绝缘性、耐磨性、耐热性、热膨胀系数小、机械强度大等特点,设计加工成中压隔离块,满足炼钢行车中压滑触线绝缘、超高温、耐磨损、抗震动和坚固五大问题的要求.

Abstract

When the slide block of the current collector of the steelmaking crane passes through the insulation isolation device of the medium-voltage sliding contact line,there is an insulating block that contacts the arc and burns out.Nowadays,a new material isolation technology is used to solve the insulation,temperature and other defects caused by the traditional 3240 epoxy board as an isolation material.This article discusses ceramics based on aluminum oxide(Al2O3)as medium-voltage isolation materials.Taking advantage of the excellent insulation,wear resistance,heat resistance,small thermal expansion coefficient,and high mechanical strength of aluminum oxide ceramics,the design Processed into medium voltage isolation blocks,Meet steelmaking crane of the medium-voltage sliding contact line the five major requirements of insulation,ultra-high temperature,wear resistance,vibration resistance and sturdiness during.
