摘要

车间现场进行连铸火焰切割缝测量存在安全风险和精读不足的缺陷,因此需要对火焰切割的方法作进一步的改进,以满足现场的使用需求,为连铸生产提供准确的数据支撑,为下一道产品压延打下坚实基础,提高成品合格率.

Abstract

There are safety risks and insufficient intensive reading defects in on-site flame cutting joint measurement of continuous casting in the workshop,so it is necessary to further improve the flame cutting method to meet the needs of on-site use,provide accurate data support for continuous casting production,lay a solid foundation for the next product rolling,and improve the qualified rate of finished products.
