摘要

目前化学分析国家标准中常量硅的测定均采用重量法,但因其处理试样过程复杂,耗时长,无法达到快速分析的要求.随着氟硅酸钾滴定法的应用日渐成熟,使用越来越多逐渐成为测定常量硅的广泛方法.本文着重介绍应用此方法准确快速分析硅铝锰中硅量的条件及注意事项以其能得到满意的结果.

Abstract

At present,the national standard for chemical analysis is based on gravimetric method for the determination of constant silicon.However,because of its complex process and long time consuming,it cannot meet the requirement of rapid analysis.With the application of potassium fluosilicate titration method,it is becoming more and more mature.It has become a widely used method for the determination of constant silicon.This paper mainly introduces the conditions and matters needing attention in the analysis of silicon content in Si Al Mn alloy.
