Analysis of 625 alloy coating by laser cladding and the effects on the properties of carbon steel pipes
In this paper,analysis the metallographic structure,micro-hardness,bonding strength with the substrate,and the influence on mechanical properties and sulfide stress corrosion resistance of 625 alloy laser.The cladding layer consists of columnar crystal and a few dendritic crystal.After the inner wall is coated with 0.5 mm nickel based 625 alloy,the yield strength of N80Q steel pipe is increased by 47 MPa,and the transverse impact performance is reduced by 10 J.The hardness of the middle cladding layer is 304HV0.5,the hardness on both sides of the cladding layer is 340HV0.5 and 327HV0.5,near surface hardness of the cladding layer is 351HV0.5.Laser cladding of 625 nickel based alloy can significantly improve the resistance of medium carbon chromium molybdenum steel casing to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion test.
