This paper mainly aims at a number of problems encountered in the implementation of ISO9000 quality management system standards in China's manufacturing enterprises,combined with the requirements of GB/T 19002-2018"Quality Management System GB/T 19001-2016 Application Guide".This paper makes an in-depth analysis from four aspects:the formulation of enterprise"quality policy",the difference between management review and internal audit,the implementation of contract review and the management of quality records,and puts forward corresponding solutions.It aims to provide manufacturing enterprises with a more efficient,concise and standard quality system implementation plan.
