摘要
本文从过程方法的概念出发,结合质量问题归零相关要求以及质量问题处理过程中常见的问题,介绍了过程方法在质量问题调查中的应用实践.通过将过程方法应用于质量问题调查涉及的产品实现过程和管理支持过程的实践,提高了调查的规范性、系统性和全面性,避免了过程的遗漏,从而保障了问题调查的质量;同时为后续问题制定纠正预防措施、避免问题重复发生等奠定了坚实的基础.
Abstract
The practical application of process approach in the investigation of quality problems,based on the concept of process approach,combined with requirements of quality issue close loop and common problems in the process of quality problem handling,was introduced in this paper.Through the application of the process approach to the product manufacturing process and management support activities involved in quality problem investigation,the standardization,systematicness,and comprehensiveness of the investigation had been enhanced.Meanwhile,it was also helpful to improve the accuracy of cause analysis,the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures,thereby guaranteeing the quality of problem investigation,which established a robust foundation for preventing the recurrence of problems.
