摘要

本文对冶金科研院所人力资源培训管理工作进行探讨,就培训中存在的问题提出优化策略.强化人力资源培训工作是冶金科研院所应对行业竞争的需要,对加强员工队伍建设,适应当下竞争激烈的外部环境,提升组织的核心竞争力有重要意义.

Abstract

This article explores the management of human resource training in metallurgical research institutes and proposes optimization strategies for the problems that exist in training.Strengthening human resource training is necessary for metallurgical research institutes to cope with industry competition,and is of great significance for strengthening the construction of the workforce,adapting to the current fiercely competitive external environment,and enhancing the core competitiveness of the organization.
