包钢球团配加EP灰及酸洗氧化铁皮试验研究

针对白云鄂博铁精矿的特殊性及包钢 624 m2 带式焙烧工艺铁料结构,进行了配加 2%EP灰及 2%酸洗氧化铁皮的制备氧化球团矿试验研究,结果表明:配加 2%EP灰后,可实现膨润土配比降低 0.5%,为了保证球团矿抗压强度≥2 500 N,焙烧温度需提高 20~30℃;配加 2%氧化铁皮后,生球性能小幅改善,为了保证球团矿抗压强度≥2 500 N,焙烧温度需提高 50~60℃;配加少量酸洗氧化铁皮或EP灰,其化学成分及还原性能可以满足高炉生产需求.
Experimental study on Baotou steel's pellet with EP ash and pickling iron oxide scale
Aiming at the particularity of the Bayan Obo iron concentrate and the iron material structure of Baotou Steel's 624m2 belt roasting process,a stone oxide pellet with 2%EP ash and 2%pickling iron oxide scale was developed.The result show that:After adding 2%EP ash,the ratio of bentonite can be reduced by 0.5%.In order to ensure the compressive strength of pellets≥2 500 N,the roasting temperature needs to be increased by 20℃to 30℃;after adding 2%iron oxide scale,the green pellet performance is slightly reduced.Improvement,in order to ensure the compressive strength of pellets≥2 500 N,the roasting temperature needs to be increased by 50~60℃;with a small amount of pickled iron oxide scale or EP ash,its chemical composition and reducing performance can meet the blast furnace production requirements.
