摘要

我国钢铁冶炼渣产生量大,需要多种处置方式共存,国家从宏观政策鼓励多行业和多渠道在满足环保要求的条件下综合治理.新修订的国家标准肯定了钢铁冶金渣回填用于生态修复模式的合法合规性,并给出了具体工作内容,通过探讨昆明市磷石膏回填矿山采空区生态修复模式、内蒙古地方标准和包头市管理规定,进一步明确采取回填场地本底值结合回填渣浸出毒性综合计算环境风险是钢铁冶金渣回填用于生态修复模式的评估方法,项目实施需要全过程管理.

Abstract

In order to deal with the large amount of existing steel smelting slag,multiple disposal methods developed and coexist.The government also encourages multiple industries to innovate disposal technologies to comprehensively manage it while meeting environmental protection requirements.The newly revised national standard affirms the legality and compliance of steel and metallurgical slag backfilling for ecological restoration,and provides specific work content.After discussion of the ecological remediation model of goafs in phosphogypsum backfilling in Kunming,local standards in Inner Mongolia,and management regulations in Baotou City,it is clarified that the comprehensive calculation of environmental risks based on the background value of the backfill site combined with the leaching toxicity of the backfill slag is the evaluation method for the ecological remediation model of slag backfilling.and the project implementation requires full process management.
