Discussion on several issues in the detection of the average particle size of metallurgical coke
Through the analysis of the entire process of detecting the average particle size of metallurgical coke and the investigation of the methods used by major coke production enterprises in China to detect the average particle size of coke,especially the key points of using sieves and median values for detection,the factors affecting the differences in their detection data are obtained.Data analysis shows that the main reasons affecting the detection of average particle size of metallurgical coke include the use of different specifications of sieves,median values taken from adjacent two-stage sieves,and sampling locations of metallurgical coke.The article also analyzes the relationship between the mechanical strength,thermal properties,and average particle size of coke.
