Selection and application of flue gas desulfurization process for hot blast stove of Meigang No.2 blast furnace
This article introduces the current situation of flue gas emissions from the hot blast stove of the No.2 blast furnace in Shanghai Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.The process selection,process principle,and technical characteristics of the hot blast stove flue gas desulfurization technology are elaborated.By applying calcium based desulfurization technology,the SO2 and NOX emission concentrations of the hot blast stove flue gas have reached 15~30 mg/m3 and 100~120 mg/m3,respectively,and the particulate matter emission concentration is less than 10 mg/m3,which meets the national ultra-low emission standard requirements and has promotion and reference significance.
