桥梁静载试验结果的合理性与静载试验方法有较大关系.文章针对现有静载试验的不足,以某连续梁桥静载试验为研究对象,探讨了静载试验模型修正和梁体缺陷对静载试验的影响,得到如下结果:经有限元修正技术修正后的数值模型与实际情况较吻合;混凝土跨中下缘混凝土密实度较低时,会降低该区域混凝土的抗拉强度和弹性模型,从而减小梁体抗裂性能、竖向抗弯刚度和预应力度.在梁体跨中下缘混凝土密实度较低时,应通过静载试验检验其抗裂性能和刚度,确保合格后方可施工.
Research on Static Load Test of Continuous Beams
The rationality of bridge static load test results has a great relationship with the static load test method.In view of the shortcomings of the existing static load test,this paper takes the static load test of a continuous beam bridge as the research object to discuss the influence of static load test model correction and beam defect on static load test.The following results are obtained:the numerical model corrected by finite element correction technology is in good agreement with the actual situation;when the compactness of the concrete at the lower edge of the mid span is low,the tensile strength and elastic model of the concrete in this area will be reduced,thus reducing the crack resistance,vertical bending stiffness and prestressing degree of the beam.When the compactness of the concrete at the lower edge of the mid span of the beam is low,the crack resistance and stiffness should be tested by static load test,and the construction must be carried out after ensuring compliance.
